What happens if the parking lot where I carried out my reservation is full?

Various parking lot owners have agreed to provide space for VenueParking customers. Therefore, it is most improbable that this situation will arise. However, if this circumstance should occur, please contact us immediately and we'll find an alternative parking spot as soon as possible.

What are the refund and cancellation policies of a reservation?

If the customer wishes to cancel or modify his reservation, more than 24 hours before the date and time of arrival foreseen for the reservation, he must send his request to indicating whether it is a cancellation or modification.

For any cancellation or modification by the customer more than 24 hours before the reservation date and time, VenueParking will refund everything except the fixed cancellation fee of $3 (taxes included).

If cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to booking, will not proceed to any refunds.

How long does customers have to go parking they have reserverd?

The reservation takes effect from the time entered by the customer when booking. All early arrivals will be treated at the discretion of the attendants in place. VenueParking can not guarantee a parking space prior to the time entered by the client.

Some parking lots are patrolled by officers with license plate readers. If you do not keep your vehicle information up-to-date, you may receive a ticket from the parking operator.
